I was referred to Apple Appliance company through Bosch Canada for post-warranty repair. A technician serviced my Bosch refrigerator and charged $96.05 for diagnostics. The root cause of the problem was never diagnosed even a week after two follow up calls. More, some wires in the fridge were not connected correctly after your visit. So not only there was no work done, but the appliance was left in a worse state.
I called another company afterwards and they found the problem in 20 minutes and replaced the broken part within 1 day! So, this was not a hard problem.
I demanded a refund but did not even receive a reply.
