Buyer Beware! If the owners sense you have money you have their undivided attention. Don't let this fool you. Once you purchase merchandise and/or have them make anything for you and you are not satisfied they become quite disagreeable and uncooperative. Unfortunately, they require full payment, not partial payment, before anything is ordered or made by them (actually sent out to a contract vendor - not their own workroom as they like to imply). This puts the customer at a huge disadvantage, and the store owner in an all too uncooperative position to remedy your complaints. They wear customers down with their disagreeable and uncooperative attitude and rarely does the customer walk away satisfied. They have treated too many customers this way!
