After being given a business card from a friend who had seen the Allure kiosk at the Home Show last year, I decided to give Allure a call to get a quote for Eclipse Shutters.
Ryan was on time, knowledgeable and most of all, honest.
He sent the installers to measure on the following week and promised the shutters would be installed 2 weeks later - which they were.
I am so pleased with the integrity of this company, the quality of the products I received and the effort Ryan and his team go to to satisfy their customers! I will definitely recommend Allure Window Decor Inc. to my friends and colleagues and am already planning on using them again!

Ryan from Allure was recommended to us when we moved into our new condo. He had been working diligently to earn business with all of the new buyers in the building when we all started moving in. Based on positive feedback received, I called him up and he came out for a visit on short notice, squeezing me in between multiple sales calls. He was very accommodating.

We purchased all of our blinds from him and I honestly feel that the pricing was fair and reasonable. He had all kinds of samples which he lugged up from his car to show us so we could make a confident selection.

Within several weeks, and on time, our blinds were installed by Aldo who was also prompt, professional and careful.

What has really prompted me to write this review however, is the fact that a year later, when it came to tax time and I wanted to use the blinds toward our renovation tax credit (2009) I couldn't find it. On a whim I emailed Ryan wondering if they might still have a copy of it.

I couldn't believe it when he emailed me a week later with the invoice!!!! Unbelievable! I haven't spoken to him in a year and out of the blue I make an outrageous request and he comes through.

In this day and age - that was a truly awesome customer experience.

From the initial call right to the installation of my gorgeous window coverings, the entire experience with Allure was not only the easiest and most professional company I have worked with but most importantly they provided an amazing product with the best price I came across!!!!

I was refered to Ryan by a colleague and he's a very realiable, striaght forward person. He came to give us a quote when he was suppossed to. Called to install the blinds and the fit was perfect with no defects. Much better quality than any of those retail and big-box stores for a slightly higher price. I would definetly reccomend them!

Looking for some sort of window coverings for my kitchen and living room I found Allure after getting quotes from some of the big-box retailers. The service and value I received from Allure was great (thanks Ryan). There was a no-pressure sales attitude, and very good communication and followup. I was presented with waaaay more options for fabric and material than the big-boxes, and I was allowed to come to a decision on my own time and terms, with help from Allure when I wanted it. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast and the installation was a breeze with one very professional and courteous worker who explained everything thoroughly as he went along. I have an old home, and the installer made sure to properly account for uneven mouldings and window frames.

The job looks great and this was a painless experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We just had a positive and successful experience with Allure, and here are the details. Ryan (owner, salesman) was very professional, courteous and accommodating, from start to finish. The selection process was painless and the options and recommendations presented to us were fair and appealing. The estimated time for delivery, cost and installation was reasonable and booking the appointments was easy and straightforward. The installation of all 4 window treatments (2 California shutters and 2 blinds) were clean and proficiently carried out, and the result is a wonderful addition to our home. We are very pleased with the shutters and blinds and our overall experience with Allure – and many have already complimented us on the aesthetic and quality of the treatments themselves.

From the initial consultation to the installation, I was totally impressed. Ryan, the sales agent, impressed me with his professional, yet personable approach, his knowledge about his products (and that it is all made in Canada which is such a plus), the cost was very reasonable, and the time from ordering our shutters to the final installation was very, very reasonable. He was able to help me envision what the window would look like using his samples, brochures etc.

We had three companies bid for our business. When the two other competitors came in to do their sales pitch, it was clearly evident that they didn't even come close to the professionalism, and product knowledge that Ryan had, nor did they make us feel as confident in the finished product, as Ryan, and his company Allure Window Decor Inc, had.

We had complete trust in Ryan and in his company, and they did not disappoint. Today, our shutters were installed and we are thrilled! They look great and are quality plus! We will definitely be calling Ryan again when we move forward to change our other window coverings in the future. we won't even bother with calling anyone else. We know that he and his company will be there to service our needs, and we know that they will stand behind their work.

I was very impressed by Ryan's knowledge and customer service. He came highly recommended by a friend after a big box store messed up my order, took my money and left me with nothing. His prices were comparable to other stores. The time from ordering to installation was two weeks. There were a couple of problems with the size of the blinds and the installation times but Ryan was very helpful and even offered to even come and do the installation himself on a weekend. He was in touch with me throughout the process, responded quickly to phone calls and generally made sure everything went smoothly. The windows look gorgeous now and I'm very pleased with the blinds.

Bought Hunter Douglas blinds + Eclipse shutters and the sales rep (Sal) expressed thoughtful design recommendations upon our consultation. We were offered the "Best" discounted price upon signing, but later we were disappointed to find out what we paid verged slightly on the high side. Fortunately Allure Windows was able to match a competitors lower price after we have signed! The installation of the window coverings went smoothly and the installers made sure to protect any vulnerable items. There was an issue with two of the HD blinds and Ryan was helpful and provided us with a Return Authorization number to send back to Hunter Douglas for repair. Overall a good experience thus far!
