Lehel and Timea run a warm and professional business. They take the time to give you all the information and advice you may need for your flooring needs. We visited the store 2-3 times before we settled on our choice and never felt like we were asking too much. Lehel might joke about anything you are talking about but he doesn't joke about his service. We encountered a few bugs during installation (renovating older homes is never easy) but they were all dealt with professionaly and until we were satisfied. Pricing was competitive for the level of quality and service....never once did I find myself ''trying to reach him''....Timea or Lehel always answer quickly.

We have decided to have Alliance Floor Source install new carpeting in our basement. We had a great experience with them from the first moment on when we visited their large showroom. They have a great selection of products and they are very customer service oriented. Everything was done on time as promised. The installers were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Loved working with Alliance! It was a pleasure to do business with this well run organization. I had just purchased a home, and wanted to remove the carpet on the second floor and refinish the hardwood underneath. The floor was in terrible condition, but they managed to make it look better than I ever could have expected. I would absolutely recommend this company again. They are honest, and fair and easy to work with.

I accidentally came across this store when they moved into my old neighbourhood. At that time I was planning to move downtown and knew I would have to renovate. I was impressed by their great selection of flooring, friendly service and reasonable prices.
Two months later I have my flooring replaced with great results.
Would use them again without hesitation.

I found Alliance through Homestars and was impressed with the reviews I was reading, so I checked them out. I'm really glad I did! From the minute I walked into the store, Lehel and Timea proved to be very professional and friendly, super knowledgeable and willing to take the time to walk me through all the possible choices for my new floor. They listened to my needs and advised - but never pushy. I checked out a few more stores but found my way back to Alliance. In the end, I found the laminate I liked from another store and Lehel was able to order it for me. The job was done quickly and on time. The prices were not the cheapest , but within my price range and their exceptional customer service was well worth it. I love my new floor! I would highly recommend Alliance. Thanks Lehel and Timea.

I have stopped by Alliance Floor Source in hope i can get relatively small carpet for one of my basement rooms that was flooded recently, guys in Alliance Floor Source were very informative, worked out a carpet in stock and also provided free delivery to my house nearby. I was shopping around for a good hardwood flooring store with reputable installers. I came across Alliance Floor Source on HomeStars and read some really good reviews so I decided to visit their showroom (actually visited their showroom 3 times before deciding to give them my business). Their store was quite far from where I live but with 100+ positive reviews, I had to at least check them out. Timea and Lehel were very honest, knowledgeable, willing to work with my budget, patient and gave helpful advice and opinions. They placed great importance on providing exceptional customer service and were very professional in how they conduct their business. Also, when Lehel came over to do the estimate, he was even kind enough to drop me off at my office. The installers/contractors were friendly hardworking guys who took their time to level the concrete subfloor and install the hardwood floors. They made sure that everything was satisfactory, cleaned up (lots of dust during the installation), and took away all the garbage. Thank you again Lehel, Timea, and their staff for installing beautiful maple floors in my condo.

It was a pleasure to deal with Alliance Floor Source. Timea provided a warm greeting the minute we walked into their store, she is friendly and knowledgable when helped us with our selection. Lehel came over in the weekend and conducted measurement and estimate. Even though there was a tiny imperfection due to the way the subcontractor installed the trim, Lehel came back for a inspection and had the subcontractor fix the issue.
Overall, I will highly recommend Alliance Floor Source to everyone for a job well done.

I was very pleased with my experience with Alliance Flooring. The sales reps were very kind, considerate and accommodating. They even allowed me to take samples home and picked them up from me as I didn’t have a car to return them! When it came time to installation, the job was very well done with impeccable detail and professionalism. They did not rush the job nor or skip out on any detail. My installation took an extra day as they did not want to rush any of it, which I was happy with. Prices were reasonable and overall I am very pleased with my experience with Timea and Lehel from Alliance!
