First, Alliance did an amazing job on the original installation of my laminate floor in my basement over a year ago. They were recommended by my contractor and from A to Z it was a great experience working with them.

So, when our pipes backed up in our basement and flooded our floor, I did not hesitate to call Lehel. He was super quick to send someone over (next day) to remove the damage pieces of flooring. It was all done very professionally with care to save as many pieces of the laminate as possible for future use.

We had to wait a week to let the floor dry out and then they sent someone else to put new laminate back in and touch up a few other bits along the way. We were extremely pleased with the service and the work and delighted that they took such great care.

A pleasure to deal with, great products and fast, friendly service - I would recommend them in a heart beat.

We found Alliance Floor Source through Homestars when looking to buy a hardwood floor. After preparing the sub floor Robert came by to put it in. We had been advised by Lehel to use an engineered flooring, which turned out to be the right advice as the floor upstairs is not leveled.

Our request was to have someone do it who is very precise, as we have a challenging round nosing around the staircase. Lehel guaranteed that Robert was the man to do it. He is excellent. Not only did he cut the wood as well and precise as it could be, he was also very thorough putting it in, using extra glue and/or nails in areas where there is more traffic on the floor, to ensure the floor will remain as beautiful as it today in the years to come. And on top of that everything is done at a good price.

We would advise anyone to go with Lehel and his team.

We decided to install cork flooring in our Kitchen and when we found Al;liance, they were very customer focused and provided us with the costs and tips on the installation.

They had a wide variety of flooring (cork, la,inate, hardwood, ceramic, etc).

As I only needed the product and not the installation, I was nervous I wouldn't get the best service or price. At Alliance this was not the case as the service was exceptional and they gave me great advice, especially when it came to my stairs. You could tell that all they care about is the final result and will be honest with you to help you get there. They are not it it to squeeze you for a couple dollars. It was a pleasure working with them.

After going to a few flooring stores where the service was very average it was refreshing to go to a store where you weren't rushed and got friendly knowledgeable advice.

We have installed our floors and wow what a difference. Previously we had a combination of tile, hardwood and laminate on our main floor. We did our entire main floor in cork and it looks stunning. The look, the warmth, the softness the floors provide is amazing.
