With a baby on the way, I was short on time and needed new hardwood floors on the second floor of my house. Max called me the same day, we talked, scheduled a meeting, and met him the following Saturday. That next Monday we had an in-home estimate scheduled, selected our floors, and got a full quote a few days afterwards.
After a bit of light negotiating (you gotta negotiate a little) we arrived at a price we were both happy with, and installation was set for the following week.
The installer (Tom) was fantastic. We has very nice, very courteous, and exceptionally, arrived when he said he would and kept everything CLEAN! When you are sanding a subfloor, things can get dirty quickly, and we were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail when he left the jobsite. Even when he was coming back the next day, Tom took the time to make sure the house was clean when he left. Tom, overall, was superb. Max, overall, was superb.
Literally zero problems, which, when dealing with contractors today is nothing short of a miracle.
I would happily recommend Max, Tom & Alliance Floor Source to all of my friends and family, AND I will use them again when I have more floor work to do.
