Allegra was strongly recommended to us by 2 friends each having had complete kitchen 'renos' done Our project was a total renovation of our kitchen and connected laundry room area with tile and hardwood flooring, cabinets and counters, sinks replaced and repositioned, building a wall in place of an unnecessary entrance, and lastly new lighting wired in.
After discussions along with his recommendations Flavio gave us a detailed list of costs along with a daily work schedule of the 6 weeks that were needed to finish. We were also shown a computer generated image of what our new kitchen would look like (thanks Rose). Each segment of the project was done by certified professionals i.e. electrical (with Markham inspectors during and after completion), plumbing, flooring (installation and staining), drywall needs, cabinets and counters installation, and painting. All these services told me that they had worked with Allegra for many years.
Flavio was on the job throughout the entire project, assisting as required and assuring that all was done to the level he demanded.
The result was 'over the top'. every thing was done to perfection and completed on time to the day.
