Alexanian Carpet & Flooring

We automatically went back to Alexanian's Burlington store when we wanted to replace the basement carpet that they had installed years and years ago. Val looked after us, explaining our choices and the differences among the various options. Kudos to Val - he was great to deal with .... no pressure, a welcoming and friendly attitude as well as great service. He came after work on a Sunday to do the final measurements and then followed up to check that we were happy with the results. We highly recommend Alexanian Carpet and Flooring.

Picked out carpet at Upper James Hamilton store for installation. Installers showed up on time and ready to work. As they were putting the seam together, the installer (Farooq) called me down to see that there was a problem with the carpet. He called the manager (Garo), who was at our place within 20 minutes. He inspected and took pictures, telling us that this would be taken care of to our satisfaction. Had the carpet rep come to look and take pictures. They inspected the new roll and found it still had a shading problem. Garo had us come to the store and pick out a new style and it was installed within two weeks. You know you are dealing with a reputable company that prides itself on customer service and satisfaction when everyone from the installer to the manager wants to make sure that you are happy with the final product. Big thanks to Garo for going above and beyond in keeping us informed throughout the whole process and to the installers who did a great job. We are 100% satisfied with the whole experience...we could have been very unhappy if it wasn't for the fantastic customer service!

We recently purchased kitchen flooring and also hardwood flooring for our main level. A big thank you to Val Alkhani (Burlington store) for his excellent support and service throughout the entire process of installation. He made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. Wahid, Tehran and Ali thank you for your excellent care and work with the installation of the hardwood floor. We are very pleased with the results.

I was referred by my Real Estate Agent to Alexanian Carpet and Flooring as a good company. I met the Sales rep Kaz Baginski and he visited my condo and made an excellent suggestion as to the type of flooring I should use to match the
existing floor.We were in direct communication during the process and he made sure my strict time lines were met.The installers Tamim and Maiwand were equally as accommodating. They were polite,respectful of my condo conditions.They explained every step as they proceeded and worked quickly and professionally.I now have beautiful floors thanks to Kaz and would highly recommend using Alexanian again.

We needed removal of the old hardwood and subfloor and the installation of a new floor throughout our 3 bedroom condo, with the exception of the kitchen. We visited the ALEXANIAN store, 1855 Dundas St., in Mississauga and we were fortunate to meet Kaz Baginski who guided us skillfully and professionally through the whole process, including selection and the necessary communications with the condo management. The installers were pleasant, very competent, arriving and finishing on time. We were under a time constraint and Mr. Baginski made it all happen.

Worst carpet & service. Carpet was flawed, service extremely poor. Run , don't walk away. Go to any other carpet company or you may have to go through all of the above.

Jim at Alexanian very helpful in choosing the right product for us. Ian, the installer, was very professional, very tidy and respectful of our property. Job completed in about 2.5 hours. Super service!

I went to Alexanian on Laird. I talked to a John the sales person and he helped me select laminate in minutes. I had no knowledge of the product and he recommended a colour and the quality. I was thrilled with the end result. Not only that, he came out to measure quickly and was on time and reliable. I had trouble with my condo board and he was empathetic and helped me find a solution. Lenny the installation manager was always available to talk to and so helpful and reliable as well. They installer David was on time, quick and efficient and friendly. All and all a great experience.

Bought carpet from them and they installed it. The buying was OK, Caz the salesman was informative and knowledgable. The installation was less then satisfactory. Seams were showing, there were gaps under the baseboard. Called Caz, he sent the installer to look, he said nothing could be done and have not heard from Caz after the inspection. Not a great after sales experience.

Customer service above and beyond expectations

I read the reviews on this site and decided to visit Alexanian for my purchase as I noted that Allan Alexanian responded to the reviews which gave me confidence that if there were any concerns it would be addressed.

I had the best customer buying experience when I visited the Dufferin store and Akis who I realized later was the store manager assisted me. I was unsure of my needs and he provided the guidance and expertise required to assist me in making a decision. There was such a huge selection which can be confusing and Akis narrowed it down to a few items which worked well. He has the product knowledge, excellent vision and superb taste. I absolutely love the final choice.

There was a mis-communication regarding the installation and I was absolutely floored with the customer service resolution. Lenny, the Installation manager accepted responsibility for the issue which was not within his control and was very calm, professional and courteous even though I was really upset. I was quite impressed that Lenny resolved the issue to my satisfaction and it is also a wonderful reflection on the company for empowering its employees.

Kevin and Chris did a fantastic installation job. These two young men are also very professional, pleasant and excellent at their craft. As well, they cleaned up when the installation was completed.

The company also cleaned some areas rugs for me and they look so beautiful and like new. What a treat.
