Chris Turk was our salesman at the Kitchener store. Chris did not try to sell us an expensive carpet, as a matter of fact, he explained the fabric in every carpet and the cost. At one point, he did say that this carpet is more expensive than that. THANK YOU CHRIS, WE LOVE OUR NEW CARPET, IT IS JUST PERFECT!!! We will shop at the Kitchener store in the future, without any hesitation if we ever need a new carpet.
