Alexanian Carpet & Flooring

I would like to express how pleased my wife and I are with our interactions with Mr. Jodi Craig, the manager of Alexanian London.

Jodi supervised the installation of the flooring on all 4 levels of our daughter’s house. We were so impressed with how the job turned out and with our daughter’s reports of her interactions with Jodi, we decided to have Jodi supervise the installation of all the floors in the renovations of our home.

Jodi followed the maxim “the customer is always right” with no argument. He only accepted the completion of a job when he was completely satisfied and when we were 100% satisfied. As with any large project, there were problems with a couple of the installations – through no fault of Jodi’s or of Alexanians. These issues were addressed quickly and completely.

Jodi was more discerning than we were and made sure minor issues that he noticed (and we didn’t) were fixed. He was on the job site frequently and in constant contact with us and our designer.

I have gone through many construction projects at our house, our cottage and our children’s houses. I have done a lot of the construction myself and know good customer service and project management when I see it. Jodi exemplifies customer service and excellent project management – the best of dozens of people in similar positions.

I have been recommending and will continue to recommend Jodi to our friends for any flooring renovations.
