Heating & Air Conditioning review in

My a/c was not working well and kept coming in and off without a reduction in temperature.
Called and had a technician at my home in a 2 hr time period.
He checked my unit and answered my questions. The unit worked properly at that time. Found my serial number and said he would recommend a senior technician to come if I had a repeat problem in the following week.
I was completely satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the technician.
