Air Medic Duct Cleaning Ltd.

First of all they charged me more than they were advertised on their website. Secondly, They didn't clean up all the ducts and vents as they were suppose to do. After I paid them by visa, I realized that they forgot to clean dust from some of the vents in the basement. I called them several times but there was no respone and even though I left message for them, they never return my message. I will definitely not recommended this company..since you are wasting your money and your time

The technicians were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain any questions that I may have had.

The duct cleaning and dryer service was an exceptional end result, but even more so; is was truly refreshing to see such dedicated and polite service reps ~ amazing!!

NOT RECOMMENDED: I contacted Air Medic as a result of an "$89 special" ad to have duct cleaning and some other items done in my employer's new house. The bill came to a whopping $440. Air Medic was paid by Visa on the spot. A few days later my boss checked several vents and saw that there was still dust and debris. It was clear that they did not clean properly, if they did it at all. Now I'm suspicious of the other items on the list that Air Medic was supposed to do. (A/C coil flush, F/B service, Air filter cleaning.) I have tried every other day, sometimes every day, since the last week in August to reach them and left a voicemail message each and every time to no avail. They will not call me back. Very, very poor service AND poor cleaning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I had Air Medic install a humidifier on my furnace as well as have my ducts cleaned in the summer of 2005. A few months later my furnace technician brought to my attention that the installation was incorrect and that it was connected to the cold air return instead of the warm air out. I called Air Medic right away to have it corrected and emailed photos to show the incorrect installation. I was told they would get back to me after their vacation. A week of two later I called them and they said they'll get back to me. After repeated emails and calls over a span of one year and only after calling to have duct cleaning done did I manage to have someone come down and repair the problem. After a winter of suspicious performance, I began to wonder if it was working at all. After some inspection I wondered how it was powered. It wasn't wired to anything but a humidistat. Today, my air conditioning tech arrived to do routine maintenance and I asked him to have a look. He told me it wasn't wired at all and never even worked ever. Furthermore, the drain hose wasn't connected to the furnace drain so water could drain out. This has turned out to be a complete disaster and waist of money. Consumer beware! I now have to pay someone else to do the job right this time.
