From the moment we contacted Advanced Plumbing they stood out above the other competitors called. Chris the office administrator at Advanced Plumbing was that first point of contact and he exemplified an attentive demeanour, patience and thoroughness to understanding the nature of our work project. That care and consideration evident by Chriss request for us to provide pics of our existing fixtures to be replaced and details of our new brand/model fixtures for installation. Chris at his word provided us with an estimated written quote in less than 24 hours. The estimate clearly detailed the work scope, stated the companys labour workmanship warranty and an upfront supplementary section if necessary only this because of our 25+ year old shut off valves never being used in that time span (potential replacement costs if necessary because of leaking). Subsequently, Chris was very accommodating with respect to our availability for scheduling our service appointment.

On the day of our service appointment, November 2nd 2023, Advanced Plumbing equally excelled. Employee Licensed Plumber Aman assigned to our work project was punctual, very polite and personable. Aman explained the overview of tackling the work project, procedures involved, and at all times answered any of our questions. Aman was well organized, very skilled at his trade, detail oriented and efficient. Everything was cleaned up after completion.

Moreover, from the list of our work project tasks, one involved the installation of (two) heavy brand single piece toilets. As such, an assistant was dispatched to ensure for a precise fixture placement fitting. In our case, that assistant just happened to be the owner George, a Master Plumber himself. Conversing with George, observing his interactions with Aman, and our experiences dealing with Chris/Aman, we soon came to one very conclusion. The realization that the excellent character traits of honesty, dependability, pride in delivering quality work & providing excellent customer service satisfaction, embodies every team member of Advanced Plumbing from bottom up or top down.

Aman did an amazing job of solving and fixing mechanical venting and toilet issues in my home. He was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure there would be no future problems. Thank you!
