During an extremely cold long weekend we came home to find a house very cold. The furnace had shut off very unexpectedly, we called two companies but got no response we found a sticker on the furnace with advanced air's phone number. When we called advanced air we were very happy that someone answered the phone and offered to have a technician come out on the weekend to fix our furnace. The technician who arrived within the timeframe given was very knolwgable, found the problem promptly and was able to fix the furnace on the spot. Our experience with this company was one of professionalism and high quality. We would recommend advanced sir systems to anyone in the future
