Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

It started out okay on the sales floor, lots of choices. The price was very good. Yet the contractors who came in were completely inexperience. Felt like my home was used as an experiment. The laminate floor was tiled in the wrong direction and they ended up cutting the moulding in half incorrectly. The owner promised that he would return to install a new moulding for me but never came back.
