The alarm systems we have looked at were great and we were advised by a friend that they do good work as they did on their house. When we called, they asked us a few simple questions about the size of our place and understood what alarm system and the estimate would be in a few minutes time. As soon as that was done they appointment was booked and the alarm system was installed.

I made alot of inquiries to alot of different alarm companies. Accurate Alarms was knowledgeable about the products available and guided me through exactly what was needed for my house. They explained the differences in the types of cameras and guided me through making an informed purchase. The job turned out great. I can see my cameras from my office or when I travel on business. I'm very happy with the quality of the equipment and installation, and wouldn't hesistate to recommend them to friends and family.

We needed about 30 showroom locks and decided to stop in at Accurate Locks in New Westminster, the closet near us. I found them dismissive. We walked in and stood at the counter for almost 15 min waiting for one of the 4 clerks in the store to ask us if we needed help. When someone finally came to assist us he seemed to be in a hurry. We told him what we wanted and if there was anyway we could possible get a lower price for a bulk purchase. After being told that it would take several days to obtain the number we needed and that he could only give us maybe a 5% discount, we didn't purchase and continued our search elsewhere. I find this company is priced higher than other lock outlets and the customer service is not up to par.
