When moved into our current home and knew that we would have to replace our AC, furnace and water heater soon. We had used A1 in our previous home and were happy with their carrier products. What stood out for us more, was the service that we received from this company. We did have 2 issues over the next 18 years, and both times reliable and knowledgeable techicians fixed the problem quickly.
Based on this experience, we included A1 when we contacted other HVAC companies for quotes. We found the current products they recommended by Daiken to have all the functionality of the Lennox products but at several thousand dollars cheaper. In addition, they were having a company and product promotion that resulted in a lower price to companies offering similiar products.
The work was scheduled a week ahead, and a very knowledgeable crew removed the old equipment and installed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater within the day. They were professional and did excellent work. The warranty they offer on their products also cannot be beat!
