A1 Windows is "One Call Does It All" company. From my initial contact until last window caulking and receiving final invoice, everything was smooth and easy. Vikrant, sales person, was thorough, patient and professional from inspecting the house and providing quote, to visiting the place during work to see the progress.
Manjeet, Instalation Coordinator, was clear, efficient, patient and cheerful. Tone of her voice makes you feel everything is OK and under control.
The last but not least, installers Ranjit, Gurdeep and Travis were professional, quick and efficient. It was obvious they know their job, taking action without delays and were coordinated to maximize the use of their time.
I would definitelly recommend A1 Windows to anyone who wants to make their house enegy efficient by getting rid of old single od double glazed windows and instaling triple glazed protection which keeps heat inside, cold and noise outside.

A1 windows did an excellent job of replacing all 17 windows in this house. Vikrant (sales) was superb at explaining all the options, cost of each, answering all my questions and showing us the fabrication space in Burnaby. I got four different quotes and A1 gave a competitive price. Installation was also fantastic. The windows look great, they cleaned up well and they even fixed a few things that had nothing to do with the windows. They fixed a gutter that needed to be reconnected (since they were on a tall ladder near there), plus fixed my mom's car fender (it needed pushing in). Highly recommend

I had A1 windows do a full replacement window (renovation style) on my home. The installation crew was knowledgeable and took their time to explain lots of things. Vikrant was an excellent sales rep and took his time to educate me all about windows (without being too pushy) and worked with me through various bureaucratic challenges.

In the end, we were able to do a full replacement of all windows in the home, with all windows qualifying for the greener homes grant and loan. This has been a huge upgrade to the home and a great contrast to other local window companies (who would often try to sell me product that were not rebate eligible or cut corners in other ways; ie. non-rebate eligible privacy glass.)

A1 Window did a brilliant job to replace the whole windows and doors in our house. The windows are beautiful and good quality. We are glad that our house looks totally different now.
