Replaced an old bathroom window with new during renovation.
Installer Ranjit and his coworker were very professional, and very polite. They did a very good job, cleaned up, and did a great job caulking the seams. Looks great.

Jatin, Ranjit came to install our windows in Feb-15. we are very please with there work. They are very quick and polite. Walkway and work area were cover and thoroughly clean up after complete there work. Also Chris is a very nice consultant.

Punctual, polite, quick and they put blankets down all over the suite so they wouldn’t track dirt or snow into the suite. And when I went up there to check on them as they were finishing up, they swept the entire suite and the carpeted hallways.

Ordered windows on line, and a sales rep followed up. An appointment was made to measure, and when windows were ready the install was on time and was very professional. I am 100% satisfied.

I was looking for windows that would fill the wall completely ( 4' thick) and A1 Windows are 4.5" and without any added finishing on the outside. The offered me windows that accomplished that . And minimal finishing on the inside. The did an excellent job installing all the windows> ( trimming the outside to fit in the same place as the older ones without tearing or cutting any of the outside siding. or trims wich made me very happy. They were very efficient installing ( covering all the floors )
Overall I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them

Nicely installed, arrived on time. What do you say when old single pane drafty, condensation prone, replaced with smoothly opening, sound reduction door. Worth every penny. Thanks guys, appreciate the work well done.

Their vinyl windows eliminated the mildrew, mold, condensation and rusting that we had with the old windows. Their sales consultant, Tasha, came by to do the measurements. A follow up measurement is required if you go through with the order. I was very impressed on the installation day. Jatin, Ranjit and Virk did the installation. They were professional and efficient at their job. My house is very old and some of my windows weren't leveled. They spent extra time to do things right. Jatin made sure all my concerns were addressed before they left. I really appreciated the excellent service.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the job done by Jatin and his crew. Their work was very quick and professional, and they were able to easily solve some of the issues that came up due to the irregularities of our house being old. They also helped us with choosing the right paint for the trim, among other suggestions. We are also very satisfied with the quality of the product. The only issue was the delay of our installation date due to problems encountered when making one of our windows. We were not notified until the day prior to the scheduled date and only because we contacted the company ourselves to confirm. I'll take it as a minor oversight, though, as overall the company has been great to work with.

The crew from A-1 Windows arrived just after 9 to install 14 windows. From initial tour to final sign-off, crew lead Jatin Ranjit showed great care and attention to detail, carefully explaining the process and procedure. All walkways and work areas were fully covered and thoroughly vacuumed when complete. The product looks great against our vinyl siding and the installation (with insulating foam) looks professional. I felt the crew was very respectful of our home and us (we were at home the whole day). Jatin had expected to complete between 3 and 4 PM - they drove away at 3:30. Clean up was excellent.
