Great service from A1 Windows especially their employees Mani and Ranjit! Nice quality double glazed windows installed fast. After finishing the job kept the area clean as well. They also followed COVID protocols and wore masks.

We were looking to replace our windows and patio door as they are quite old, so we hired this service after seeing good reviews about this company on the internet. They started work as soon as they arrived and they worked fast and efficiently. We are very pleased with the result, thank you Mandip and Aman!

Where other companies were just giving quotes over the phone, Rob from A-1 Windows agreed to give us an in-person quote. His personalized approach and excellent customer service were one of the main reasons why we decided to go with them. Mani and Ranjit were very considerate and professional and did an excellent job on the installation of our two windows. They were careful to protect our flooring and did a thorough clean-up afterwards. COVID-19 protocols were followed and they were in and out in record time. Overall, we are very happy with the price, the work, and our decision.

Today A1 Windows, under Mani's supervision and his partner Ranjit, installed two sliding window doors and bedroom window in my apartment. The team worked efficiently and were very personable throughout the time required to complete the job. The detailed craftmanship was excellent - from placing tarps in all traffic areas and their attention to detail. Upon completing the installation, Mani demonstrated correct use of handles and locks to ensure durability and longevity. I would not hesitate to recommend A1 to a friend or family member in future.

We found Mani and Ranjit to be both skilled and highly competent as well as punctual. Mani was extremely patient in explaining how the windows operated. Their housekeeping regarding clean-up was more than satisfactory, and their friendly demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable.

Today Mani, Ranjit & Mandeep installed my new windows. When they arrived they put drop clothes down everywhere they would be walking, including the bathroom. They were polite and kept their working area clean. When they were done they vacuumed everything, including under all drop cloths.

Mani took the time before and after the install to discuss and explain everything.

Excellent experience overall with this company. A1 was recommended to us by a friend who had a great experience with them in their window replacement project as well. We had A1 replace all the windows in our home as well as a sliding door. We would definitely recommend them to others.

From initial assessment and quoting, visitations to the showroom, communications, product delivery and installment, all members of the staff have provided excellent service. They have done their best at navigating supply issues due to COVID-19 and given us a very good turnaround time. They have taken appropriate health precautions at all times during every in person interaction.

The installation crew Jatin, Mandip and Maninder did a great with the retrofit, explaining the process, protecting our home and cleaning up when done. The windows are well produced and have a good design. They are a massive improvement over our original single paned aluminum windows.

Jatin and Mandip did a great job replacing the basement windows in our 1950's bungalow. The finishing around the windows was not included in the original work order but Jatin recognized it needed to be done to make it look nice so he gave us an estimate which we approved right away. He came back another day to finish the job. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend A1 Windows.
