We were having issues with a gas “log set” fireplace in the house we moved into a while ago. When we operated it, we could smell the exhaust from the fireplace in the house. I called many fireplace companies and chimney companies to find SOMEONE who could help solve the problem so we could enjoy the fireplace!
Long story short, I called A1 and Kelly spent quite a bit of time to help troubleshoot the problem and provided helpful suggestions to resolve the problem. In the end, I think we will likely convert this fireplace BACK to a wood burning fireplace in the Springtime and will have A1 do that work for us.
Thanks so much to Kelly for his patience and knowledge in helping me out with this. We will DEFINITELY use A1 when we convert to wood burning. I always appreciate working with people who want to understand FIRST what the situation is and THEN propose solutions rather than quickly assessing whether there’s an easy path to money before spending time with a potential customer. I look forward to working with A1 in the future!
