I was very concerned with having anyone into our new home because of the covid 19 pandemic. Unfortunately due to the condition of our house we had no choice but to get someone in before laying out our furniture so I reached out to this company. I was concerned about having technicians in my home but the gentleman I spoke to on the phone assured me they were taking extra precautions and listed all the things they’re doing to make sure we stay safe. I was comfortable booking and when the guys came in the following day they had their masks on, gloves on, and boot covers. They also covered the floors where they ran the hoses in from the truck. The technicians were super friendly and advised along the way, even helping my husband move a couple of small items.

I am thrilled at how good my carpets look and most importantly peace of mind knowing everything is sanitizer and ready for my kids is a big relief. I will happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional steam cleaning company and not wanting to deal with a random one guy operation.

Owner Assad is exceptional in providing stellar service, quality and experts. Frank and Steven in one day removed old carpet, lay the new carpet, and removed all rubish, swept the hardwood floors, with mature professionalism, kind collegiality, grace with us as customers. The quality of their work on the 40 stairs was outstanding in every way, from the choice of quality carpet and our preferred colour to the laying of the carpet (and padding underneath). The wall to wall bedroom carpeting work also was of the highest caliber. Assads two upholster cleanning professionals cleaned all furniture upholstery including sofas, overstuffed chairs, 10 upholstered pillows and more with quiet and high quality results and expertise. Best carpet cleaners I’ve ever used. Carpet looks way better, smells better and I find it easier to breathe in there now. They even showed me what came out(it was gross.) Quick and efficient and personal crew.

Amazing service from start to finish. They guys were on time, and very polite. The couches look a shade lighter after they've dried, I am kind of embarrassed I waited this long. My carpets on the stairs also look really good.
