Marc is an absolute legend, best customer service and personality you could ask for in a person. He took the time to fully understand my dryer vent situation, came to my house, worked on it for a while, and didn't charge me because he wasn't confident he had fixed the issue because of a strange quirk with my setup that was out of his control. I was very taken aback and insisted on at least covering some hourly payment for his efforts, but he insisted his policy is that if he doesn't fix the problem, he doesn't charge. He also made recommendations for a company that may be able to help.
All this being said, I'm sure he's more than capable of fixing 99.9% of more standard dryer vent situations and I'd highly recommend the guy. I don't think there's anything more satisfying than dealing with honest, friendly, hard-working people, I'd always willing to pay a premium for that, but his prices seem on par with everyone else, so that makes him a real gem.
