Jenstan Plumbing is a highly experienced plumbing company who is customer service focused! They came on time and worked very quickly and are also very meticulous with their work! The worker that came in was called David. I had very expensive faucets and needed a plumber whos experienced. Also the drainage patterns from the previous owner from my home were broken (pipelines). In the basement there was some flooding to the breakage point. David fixed this problem and helped me understand the problem to prevent it from happening again. David takes his time to explain and include me during the process which was very helpful. When I called this company, the professional plumber arranged an appointment for the next day and was on time. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and his workmanship was clean and exact. Because English was his second language I had to clarify exactly the nature of the problem, however, once he understood he got to work on the project and completed it in a timely manner.
