ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE!!!!!! CHEAP AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! NEVER USE!!!
We had decided to use empire kitchens after someone had referred them to us. ( They now regret it as they also have had terrible experiences.) Everything in planning went okay, we were just excited because we thought we were getting our dream kitchen. Now come installation it went okay, looked great at first. Come to find out the cutouts they left for wine fridge and microwave were WAY too big and nowhere sells them, so we are now stuck with appliance that just sit in these holes and looks trashy. The drawer that has recycling and garbage has completely fallen off, 2 of the other drawers dont properly close and no longer go into their space, and all the other rub
We have called them on numerous occasions and they responded once and said they were going to come on a certain day and showed up. We have now left tons of messages and no one has gotten back to us. We will be going to the store soon.
So please dont use them unless you want to have your idea of a dream kitchen ruined.

Horrible experience for company . At one point it says installation looked great and other point everything goes wrong how it comes ? as they have third party involves in their home renovation and they are putting blame on company and creating an issue. If they called we called too and client want everything for free. we most welcome again this client and all the readers to enquire about it in detail . Even we would aware to companies & clients beware of these kind of clients who can ruin the business image by putting these kind of bad responses.
