Chris came over and immediately identified the problem. A squirrel had found a way into the attic through the roof. Chris went up on the roof and put in a one way trap to ensure the safe removal of the animal and sprayed an odor so the squirrel would not return. It is not often in this business that you meet somebody as professional as Chris. He gave me advice on roof repairs and spent extra time with me to ensure I understood everything that he was doing.
