A racoon made my attic its home for about a week. After gathering information, and obtaining several quotes, it was obvious Chris was a cut above the rest.

He installed a one way door, and the racoon was out within twelve hours. He even went above and beyond by fencing the attic entryway in my garage to ensure we never get these little impromptu guests again.

I highly recommend him, and I'm thankful for a job well done.

I had a time-sensitive issue around Christmas time: squirrels settled under roof solar panels and could be heard digging ferociously into the shingles for several days. Despite the holiday season, the weather, and fairly sizeable project the team solved the issue within a week from first conversation.

A father and son team came and found where the raccoon was entering my attic. They installed a one-way door there so that the raccoon could exit the attic but not get back in. The guys came back a little more than a week later and removed the one-way door and sealed off all vent covers on the roof so that raccoons can not get back in. It's been over a month now and we are still raccoon-free. I'm a happy customer.

While I was quoted from a company that gives free estimates and have drones and shiny vans to go with it, these guys did the best job ever while quoting me less than one-third of the quote from the other company.
they came the day after I removed the baby raccoons from my attic, put a one-way door in the hole where they entered, and after a week, came and installed a permanent metal sheet under my roof.

Have been using A1 on an annual retainer program since having a (single) rat problem in November 2021.
They have been prompt and thorough in their resolution of the initial issue (we got the rat in a trap!) and with their follow-up maintenance.
Specific technicians are a little hit and miss.
For instance, they use peanut butter to bait snap traps; a technician used one of my table spoons to scoop peanut butter and apply it to the trap and then used that same spoon to dip into the jar again. So my humans are obviously never eating from that jar of PB again!
Brian, however, was exceptional. He went the extra mile, looking for pest evidence and placing bait stations in places which previous techs had overlooked. Now we feel confident that any potential issues are mitigated!
Not cheap, but when a tech like Brian shows up, you feel the value is there.

My brother had a problem with an animal destroying his house. A friend of his recommended A1 Animal Removal to him. He was very pleased with the results and price. I thought I would protect my house from this type of damage as my aunt had her attic completely destroyed many years ago, so I called A1 and decided to have some vent cages installed. They are an honest company. They did what I wanted at a great price. It's nice to see in this day and age that there are still a few honest people around. I highly recommend them. There were some birds that built a nest in a gap on our house. Chris and Ricky came the same day I called, and removed the nest and sealed the hole. They did amazing work, very quick and efficient. Very responsive. Very friendly people too. Will recommend to anyone.

Chris and Ricky are awesome! Quick and reliable! I spoke to Chris on Thursday regarding mice in my car. He actually met me at my office the next day to place a bait box in my car. I thought is was a bit pricey at first but did not realized the bait box lasts for 7 years and after 6 months they will check the box with no extra charge to me. I would recommend this company to any of my friends/family and co-workers.

Yes I am a satisfied customer but why Racoon then mice then squirrels then other pests going on for years

When check with neibours and friends, they do t seem to have these o going problems.

This is my first review but my third call to A1 Animal Control! Chris and Ricky have successfully prevented birds from roosting in our kitchen exhaust vent, prevented raccoons from burrowing under our back deck, and now removed a squirrel's nest (and a wasp's nest at the same time)!
They are very good at what they do. It is a relief to have a reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly company to turn to when critters start to invade spaces where they are not welcome!
