We recently moved into a home that had been vacant for over a month and raccoons had moved into the attic. Brad and team were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to clear the attic. They also installed steel meshes on access points on the roof to prevent raccoons from returning into the attic. They were quick, thorough and very professional.
