In March, we detected intermittent scratching in our garage ceiling. Gates Wildlife responded promptly, with Chris determining that a squirrel was beginning to prepare a nest. He installed a one-way hatch and came back several days later to remove the hatch and seal up the spot where the squirrel was getting in. Chris assured us that we had called in time as there were as yet no signs of babies. He was thorough, polite, and patient in answering our questions.
