504 Hardware Flooring

Pat and his team did a superb job of sanding , staining and refinishing my hardwood floors. They worked to MY schedule and Pat was fantastic about calling ahead each time to let me know what time the crew would arrive. Minimal dust and meticulous vacuuming before varathaning. Brian (did the staining) would not stop until the colour was perfectly even and it really shows in the finished product. Wonderful team to work with. I would highly recommend them.

The job 504 Hardwood Flooring did for me was so bad I had to rip the whole floor out and do it again from scratch at great additional expense. Instead of acclimatizing the wood, he brought in only enough for each day's work, so it all warped. I had to spend 6 weeks in a hotel because he kept breaking his promises to finish. He had left two large patches in my living room undone for weeks, when I finally gave up on him and moved into the mess.
