This is the 4th time that I have used this company and have gotten 3 different crews. No matter who comes, they all have the same business standards. They introduce themselves, shake your hand, explain the costs and take away the junk and any recyclables efficiently and quickly.
The booking process has been simplified greatly and you can book an appointment online in seconds. The appointment is confirmed via email and the crew call to let you know when they will arrive. If you book early enough in the day, you are likely to get service by the end of the same day. I once booked midday and had a crew show up within 1 hour. That's impressive!

I just wish that 1-800-got-junk started handling so-called hazardous waste. Maybe one day.
