Mirage flooring order
Over the years I have ordered mirage flooring to renovate our house. We ordered so,Me when we moved in in 2001. We ordered more 3 years ago for our kitchen. The joy of mirage is that the dye lots were the same. We wanted to remove all carpet and mid dec 2018 I called to order mirage for our last two rooms. They said mirage no longer made my flooring but they also said mirage does special orders once a month
There was a special charge for this run. I was surprised when they charged me two fees about 700 each I think to do one special run. I was advised that it would be 6 weeks or so.
It took months! Today is May 1 2019 and I just got the last pice this morning.
The fellow making the nosing said he was sorry and he wouldn’t charge me. Brystin saif they would pass this along no charge. I paid for everything up front. They came and measured twice for the nosing
So now I wonder if I will ever get this refund. My living room/family room has been incomplete since December!!
Mirage flooring is my favourite and it looks amazing. Bryson has some very nice employees but this time they REALLY let me down.
We have lots of people over. I don’t know whose fault it was but ultimately it is the store.
I feel ripped off as well that there was two extra fees fo match my floor for one order of the same floor.
I called weekly and nothing ever happened until I got upset. Bryston sure dropped the ball on this one. Is it fair that I lived like this for so long? No discount offered at all.
