Replaced 3 large bay windows and 4 others using Brock. Reasonable quality product and overall a well done installation... a bit messy in the end which required some cleaning (to be expected). Excellent sales and installation service; however, this project became quite a logistical challenge to complete.
After some rescheduling, our initial installation was July 12, 2018 (workday). At this time we noticed the vinyl siding installed was quite different from what was ordered. Our work order reflected different information from the installers. Windows were installed and agreed with installer to leave without vinyl siding until they could return with another colour.
After two weeks of voicemails and emails, we heard back and received word installation would finish Aug 24, however the installer did not have access to the coloured siding. The siding was ordered by Brock and we rescheduled to Sept 11. After preparing to be home Sep 11, it was bumped to Sept 12, and that afternoon was postponed again to Sep 19.
Communication is very important and I suspect this situation is an anomaly. Outside of the back and fourth with scheduling, we are happy with the product and install.
