We had dealt with a very polite knowledgeable young man ( Michael at their Scar. showroom ) who had presented my wife and I with numerous styles and colours we didn't even know were possible for our home. We had originally had our minds set on a certain look for our home, from looking at the options presented by two other companies, but once we were shown what we could do we were convinced we needed to re-think our choices. We had settled on something completely different from our original plans.( Thanks Michael ) the whole neighbourhood are envious . As for the installation team of Mark and Chase I don't believe I could say one negative thing about them, the pair were as polite and professional as the young salesman we had dealt with, meticulous, neat, and very creative when it came time to face the challenging tasks of the not so straight forward trim work which was required inside the house," job well done guys " thank you!

this company was very professional and punctual, right from the salesman ....to the installers. I work midnights and the installers were right on time for me to let them .I left them to do the install while I went to sleep elsewhere and the house was in perfect condition and the install was immaculate . I Would highly recommend them to all my friends and clients !

I was very satisfied with the replacement/instalation of my entry door with which it was installed in a neat and timely manner at a reasonable cost. I also appreciate the installer's politeness, compliance to client's preferences and openess to discussion/suggestion as with regards to, not just the door itself, but others door accessories as well, such as the door chime, door chain guard, coded dead bolt and security alarm. The sales person was Professional.i got very reasonable quote compare to other home improvement co.They sent installers to measure our doors. they called us in advance to install doors when the product was ready. They did very good job.I reccomend to anyone this company.

Excellent customer service and follow-up. Installers arrived promptly, worked efficiently and curtious. All areas of installation was left tidy and clean. Windows are beautiful! I will definitely use Brock Windows and Doors in the future. I am very happy with product and window installation! Pricing competative.

Bill from sales was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgable. He answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner and was the primary reason we went with Brock. Bill was also fair when discussing price.
Fair follow up in terms of when installation would happen.
Day of install came and the crew were great. Excellent to watch people who know what they are doing! All went smoothly but for 1 or 2 things which would not stop me from approaching Brock again when we can afford to get the rest of the windows done in our house.

Thanks Phil Minuk and Alex at Brock Doors and Windows. Phil visited my house twice and gave us very price for all my windows. All windows are great. Alex team did excellent job on installation. All my windows were replaced in 2 months as promised.

I hired Brock to replace old windows in a 2nd floor sun room and an old patio door, and was very satisfied with their service. Both the sales consultation and the installation were conducted very professionally and on time. The salesperson, Sandy, provided me with useful information and wasn't as pushy as some others I had talked to. The installation crew was professional, fast and courteous, providing solid work and cleanup after the job. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and products I received.
