One of old glass windows was broken and others had leaking issues. So I had contact Brock. Their salesman Sandy was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasure deal with. Mark called to arrange an installation appointment. The installers, Stephen and Dave arrived on time and did excellent job installing our new windows. My wife loves new windows.
