This was our first experience with Brock windows. We will certainly use this company again when we need more windows or doors.
We started with a great sales rep who visited us at home and showed us the option we had available for the new front door. Our existing one was from 1922.
After making our choice he made measurements and finalized the paperwork.
Later we had a to make a change in one of the specs and we visited the showroom as a picture was worth 1,000 words.
Later, another representative visited and made confirmation measurements before manufacturing the doors. We had added a storm door as well.)
The installers showed up on the day and time they had scheduled and in a few hours had installed the two doors. As it is an old house, there were a few small adjustments to be made to the fit but it was handled without complaint even though it took a little longer than they expected.
This company is A1 in our books.
