Brock arrived as scheduled to fit our patio doors. The team fitting the unit were very professional. Their preperations were very thorough, carefully removing all the old structure and all of the old caulking. As I was there, they told me each stage that they were undertaking.
The unit was fitted and carefully squared up. The surround inside and out was much better than before, looking sleeker and narrower than before. We were amazed at the noise deadening effect of the thicker glass.
A very professional company, with the sales manager calling just as the job finished to ensure we were happy with everything. Excellent service I would heartily recommend Brick Windows
