I had Brock Windows install a patio door for me the install is done properly with a few minor hiccups which I wish they could have addressed at the time the issues I have with the insulation is the lack of cleanliness and professionalism when doing an install they had dropped some kind of sticky substance on my deck which is now ruined my deck in two or more spots the sealant that was applied to my patio door from the outside do not look properly done there was gaps and some parts it just did not look even in professional also the screen door has issues when opening and closing and now to get somebody out here to take a look at it it's going to take over a month which I'm not happy with but overall they did an okay job
