Changed balance of my windows. Had some windows changed 2 years ago. Happy with product. Customer service was great. Guys who came to install did a professional job.
There was one issue though. Salesman promised the world to get us to sign on the dotted line. It did not affect me in my making the decision as it was the product and installer that mattered.
Brock windows should ask their sales people not to do that.
