The old double glazing window was starting to condense in the inside and its soundproofing had gotten bad so a new window was needed! My condo recommended Brocks Doors and Windows so I called them for a quote. I live in front of a busy avenue and so soundproofing was my main concern. The salesman came over and convinced us on a triple glazed windows which offered far superior soundproofing, but the wait time was around 3 months. I was really surprised when they called 1 month later saying that the windows was ready tio be installed. The guys who installed the window did a great job (fast and left the place clean). My only complain is that the soundproofing hasn't significantly improved, as expected... I'm talking to them about this and they seem to be quite responsive so I'm quite happy to be recommending them with and 8/10.
