Basement Door/sidelight and Kitchen Door
We first saw the Brock Doors and Windows flyer in our local paper. The full page advertisement was excellent, so we called. Every step of the way was flawless, from initial customer service, to estimator/local rep, to install measuring X 2, to installation.
Two points guided us from a 5 star rating to a 4 star rating:
1-Installation date was over 3 months after our initial contact.
2-The installers could have taken a little more care with remnants of caulking/spray foam.
The customer service rep, who attended our home was excellent. He was knowledgeable, answered questions with competence, and returned phone calls promptly, addressing any concerns we had.
We are satisfied with the outcome of our choice to use Brock Doors and Windows.
