Installation was approximately 6 weeks late, and when I call to find out where we were on the list I did not receive any assistance. I was planning to go on a holiday, and would have liked to have an approximate date.
The windows have 2" less glass, width and height, than the previous ones. While I was shown a sample of the window, but was not aware there would be such a difference. I would have appreciated this being pointed out. When installed the gap around each window did seem larger than needed. The smallest window, installed in a bathroom is drafty.
I called on install day to find out when the late installers would arrive and I was asked if I could be called back for some feedback. I did not receive a call.
