I purchased 4 new triple glazed windows from Brock first week of November, it took about 3 extra weeks more than promised. The sales and installation people were great! I think the HQ though has some communication issues and I had to call them multiple times to make sure things were in order. Maybe not enough staff?
However I will say that I am 100% happy with the end product and the installation by Stefan and Andrew was impeccable. I made it conditional they return after doing a great job on new basement windows during my first dealings with Brock 2 years ago. The windows look great and the install was clean and correct, the windows are performing nicely with noticeable draft and cold reductions in their respective rooms.
