Repairs to Main Electricial shutoff
We lost power after the ice storm, and Frank rerouted one of their trucks to help me out. All of his crews had worked over (and since!) Christmas to get people back with power, but they still came within a few hours of my call. Got me fixed right away.
They also pointed out some things that could be improved (some time later on), but ZERO pressure, and they'll follow up in the spring.
Nice to have good guys to do a decent job, and lend their expertise to show me what I wouldn't know to look at.
Frank, thanks to you and your crew for helping me out, and for helping to keep other people powered up when Mother Nature was working against us!

- DEFINITELY call a professional; electric work is NOT a hobby, and messing around inside the service panel is an easy way to cause injury or death!
