Originally, I had tried to replace a switch (in a 4 way circuit) in my bedroom that had stopped working. That ended up with me making an emergency call to Solutions Electrical to fix another light switch that had stopped working due to my screwing up the wiring. They promptly fixed that problem.
Frank (the owner) and Joe came back to fix my original problem of the failed switch in the 4 way circuit. This was quite complicated with the new Insteon switches. They quickly figured out the wiring for the 4 way circuit and then figured out the programming to make all the lights work together. They made sure everything was working and cleaned up.
There courteous, competent and quick service are why myself and others highly recommended them.
