    Rodent pest control: Rats; Detached house

    I've dealt with multiple Pest companies over the last few weeks and the best, most professional Company I've dealt with is Pest Detective. Their rates are fair, their work on-site amazing, and the company cares about their customers. 5000 sq ft of attic space with rats (dead & live), raccoons (multiple nests), and who know what else...at the end clean, clean, clean. No more pests and an awesome house to live in, highly recommended.

    Mouse specialist second to none.

    I had the most professional , thorough experience with PDetective. The specialist ( Mathew) came to my house on a few occasions and I felt like it was his own house and was so diligent and confident he could beat the mice back . I cant recommend this company more !! If I could give 10 stars I would. Not to mention prompt.

    Petdetectives

    This was our third attempt with a pet control company in a month. PetDectives were the only ones that actually say they can help us. Thanks to Tom and his three visits every two weeks, we are rodand free !

    Rats

    So very pleased with this company and the technician that comes every 3 months in an effort to control the rat problem around my home. I have used this company and the same technician for over 3 years. Show up on time, access the situation, then help with my problem. I am in gratitude with their great and dedicated service.

    Dispointed Rodents control serive from this company

    First of all, I just saw rodent in my garage in August. I contacted my strata manager, so strata contract company booked appointment and sent Philip come to solve this issue. That guy come to my garage left couple drug boxes told us come back to see after two weeks. But in these two weeks I found rodent in my living room. after two weeks that guy come back and left another couple drug boxes in my living room went away, nothing else done just told us after two weeks back. One month past, rodents are still in my garage and living room. he did some hole repairs(Real works this time but four weeks past) at his third visit and promise there should not be rodent in my room. but after 5 days, I found rodents are still in my living room, so I text him come back to fix it, but many time that guy did not appear on appointment date. finally, he arrived on Oct 18th, fixed another two holes outside of my unit. Again, promise me there should not be rodent in my unit.. OK, I trust him. Unfortunately, I found rodents in my garage and living room again after about one month, so I contact him, but no response on text, hanged my phone call, totally disappeared. The rodents' issues in my unit have not resolved at all from August about four months past. I am very disappointed on this situation. I have to pay for hiring another pest control company to fix these issues

    Fast, Efficient, and Friendly

    A wasp nest that had to be removed immediately (very aggressive). They came the next day and took care of it, quickly, efficiently and the tech was friendly. The price was very reasonable and if needed in the future I will give Pest Detective a call.

    A very rare experience

    I don't often take the time to express my impression of a service provide; be it technical, trades or service related. I had to with this company. By far, Phillip from Pest Detective was the most impressive tradesperson I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kind, knowledgeable, keen to share his knowledge and highly engaged. As a hiring manager in the tech field I would be remiss to not acknowledge that Phillip would be an asset in any industry. That being said, the passion and understating that he exhibited during his initial visit / consult is a testament to not only his career but also his innate ability to communicate.     Car inspection

    I had a car inspection done and s technician out traps in my car for rats. A month later the infestation is back and now the company wants me to spend another 125 dollars for a follow up. Not recommended.

    Excellent service!

    If it's possible to make a rodent problem into a positive experience, Pest Detective's Oshoowa did it. Oshoowa was knowledgeable, personable and service-oriented - a pleasure to work with. He knew his rodents, their habits and habitats, explained his procedures, got on my roof, checked every nook and cranny of my older house and dealt with the interior basement area respectfully and effectively. The final result, after three visits? No critters left inside my basement. Thanks Oshoowa! I can sleep peacefully at night again. Highly recommend both Pest Detective and you.

    Help!!!! Rats!!!!!

    Daryl & Lucas rescued me and my son. We had a horrible smell of dead thing in our home and couldn't use our furnace. They located a dead rat in the wall in my garage, removed it and the spoiled insulation. Cleaned all of the droppings, and bleached the area. They were both very professional and did a fabulous job. I was surprised at how low the cost was! Daryl & Lucas, you are our heroes!!!!!
