While I felt CTM Granite's quality of work was poor, you can decide for yourself - go to Yahoo Local and click on the photo tab. Many of the items shown in the photswere resolved by CTM backing out the cost in our contract and having us hire our own sub to finish the work, having their sub come back to correct the work, or in the case of the sheetrock patch work CTM made a stand and said it was satisfactory. Most disturbing was when the front of our dishwasher was damaged by one of their employees and CTM Granite took no responsibility saying there was no evidence their employee caused the damage. Luckily I had taken a video of all of the rooms in our house for our interior designer 1 hour prior to their sub arriving, which clearly showed the dishwasher front was not damaged. I want to say Erin, CTM Granite's showroom manager, was very professional throughout our project which made this project bearable. My advice --- if you hire CTM, you should require lien releases for all material and labor performed at your home, as CTM doesn't pay their subs until they receive your payment. This became apparent when their hardwood sub threatened to lien on our property and sue us prior to us making final payment to CTM Granite. What an eye opener!!!
