Wil does the best designs for residential homes I have ever seen.
He does have one customer that didnt like him and has gone out of her way to trash him. She also puts in reviews under other names to trash him also. dont let one irate difficult to deal with customer sway your judgement. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

I would not recommend Wil Lizalde to cut the grass!! He is a big crook and only misaapropriates customers money. We gave him 15k for deposit on design and pool equipment and he never completed anything. We never got a design or any of the pool equipment he said we paid him for.

Come to find out he has 6 lawsuits pending against him and his license is taken away!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!! HE WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

After we paid Wil in good faith, will stopped returning calls, and didn't finish the job. We were out over 5,000, had to hire others to finish, and buy items we had paid Wil for. I would not recommend Wil for any services unless you hold full payment till the very end of the project.

Wil is a great landscape designer for residential projects.
Mostly upper end homes in the san diego coastal area, great backyards
for every taste from what I've seen. Easy to get along with although at times hard to reach due to his popularity. If you need a backyard your friends will envy, call Wil. At least call and talk to him about what you may want.
