We bought a pool here in May and it has been a nightmare ever since.!!! We were talked into buying their "HealthCare System" by Don who told us that it was eco-friendly and practically maintenance free. Simply shock it when the pool is opened in teh beginning of the season, and then again when you winterize it. No weekly chemicals need that will sting your eyes and bother your nose. And we bought into it, hook line and sinker. NOT THE CASE! This system actually needs MORE chemicals and it has not worked since we bought it! The water is ALWAYS cloudy and we are told something different EVERY TIME we bring in a water sample. The floor staff has no idea how to work this system. We had to call the manufacturers to see how to treat it and it is nothing that Don said it would be! On top of everything else, we STILL don't have all the parts to our pool, and are getting the run around on having our pre-existing fence repaired that was damaged by Tarson's installers when they ran into it with one of their machines! They completely broke a post in two and the panels were ripped right off the posts, shifting the fence. STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED!!! We are so sick of having to deal with Tarson every single day since this project started in May. Don is a completely dishonest. I have written down everything he has ever said to me since the first day we had a consultation with him, and as soon as their were problems he denies everything and says there is nothing he can do. His favorite saying he will end all conversation with is "I don't know what to tell you." I do. DON'T BUY FROM TARSON!!!!
