Hired to scrape and reapply popcorn ceiling texture. Lyndon refused to wait for additional help on the day of the job and thus did not cover or move the furniture under the work area. He also failed to complete 50% of the work on his first visit as he had printed the incomplete work order.
He was required to return to clean up the mess left from his original failure to cover and move the furniture in the work area.
He failed to allow sufficient time for the stain blocker paint to dry resulting in the water stains bleeding through the new ceiling texture.
Overall with proper supervision I believe that he could complete the work. Unfortunately, the proper supervision was not available on this job site and the work will all need to be completed again by a different qualified contractor.
